What each column tells you
- Address and borough
- The parking structure’s street address and NYC borough.
- City status and filing date
- The source’s exact status token, with the date of the city file that lists it. This is not our assessment.
- Repair deadline
- The deadline found in the source records, including any verified extension.
- Days to due
- Days between the file’s “as of” date and the deadline. A negative number means the deadline has passed.
- Owner of record
- The person or company the city lists as owner. Public record, shown in full.
- Managing agent
- The named agent from a matched registration, when one is listed. Masked here.
- Business mailing address
- Where the records say to write to the agent. Missing data is marked “Not listed.”
- Inspecting engineer
- The engineer named in the filing. Masked here.
- Source
- A link to the city’s published file that lists the record.
